Personal training for all goals and life stages. Whether your focus is longevity, performance, recovery, or overall wellness, sessions are tailored to your individual goals. Our trainers can also collaborate with your other providers at River City Health & Wellness to support your progress.

How to Access Personal Training

Personal training is offered in 10, 20, or 30-session packages. Members receive 10% off all packages.

  • Your sessions will be led by an experienced personal trainer who will guide you safely, provide motivation, and tailor your program to your goals. Learn more about our trainers here.

  • Yes! We encourage it. If you’re also seeing other providers at River City Health & Wellness, we can work together as a care team to help you reach your goals. Members also receive 10% off personal training packages.

  • Training frequency depends on your goals and schedule - your trainer will help design a plan that works for you!

  • Each 60-minute session includes a program tailored to your goals, guidance on proper form, and personalized coaching to help you progress safely and effectively.

  • Personal Training is offered in 10, 20, or 30-session packages. Learn more about our packages and pricing here.

  • Personal Training sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours count as a session in your package.
